The days of ages, rise and fall.
But it's the moon that peers into
The starlit night's view.
Never jealous of the other,
Content in where they reign.
The Sun guides the light blue sky,
Before the moon rises again.
But why not cross the invisible wall,
That stands between the two?
Both are aware that the impossible stands,
And there's nothing they can do.
Still, the sun wonders
Who lights the world when he's away.
While the moon looks all around him,
Catching only glimpses of the day.
